The medium pie is more like a Neapolitan pizza, very good. But, could use 5 more minutes in the oven to crisp the bottom. Solid pie.

Not quite thin crust… but thinner then traditional. Very good sauce and cheese. Crust is especially good. Very solid pie.

No grease, no Jersey flop, great tang with real sauce and cheese. Paper thin with a huge crunch. Very good pizza.
