Toscana Pizza & Grill

The Duchess was in the mood for Pizza and I was in the mood to experiment.. Toscana Pizza N Grill.. had Good expectations.. saw the pizza Chef cooking a Bolognese Kitchen side and sprinkle mozzarella all over and throw into the Bakers Pride oven.. Oh did I mention this was a Uruguayan Pizza Place.. what’s the big deal during WWII plenty of Gindaloons went to Uruguay and Argentina.. Back to the Pizza.. Look at the picture!! Looks great right? Cooked well done to perfection.. right flavors on the three different cheeses.. but something was off with the sauce.. FUCK!! Could have had a really good one.. sauce lacked flavor and was watery.. Duchess liked more than I did.. I’m going 6.8!!
