Toscana Pizzeria

All I can say is wow. I un-expectedly walked in here knowing it was new but not knowing I was to discover one of my favorite places in Wildwood. 1. I hear that the owner/ pizza maker is a veteran in the pizza business, he's been doing it many years. It really shows with how well the slice was made. 2. The dough consistency. If you press together the upper crust, it would spring back a slight bit, that is signs of freshness, totally amazing. The sauce and the dough both held amazing perfect flavor. There really wasn't much room for improvement on this slice. I am rating them right up there with my favorites I've had for years which is Romeo's and Mack's Pizza.
