This pizza looks amazing. If I were only judging based of looks, it’s be a 9.1. But for the taste, eh. It’s woodfired and felt very similar to a Neapolitan style which isn’t my fave. Very very thin and veryyyy floppy. I picked up my slice to check out the undercarage and all of the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni slid off. Points also docked for a very sweet sauce. Cheese was also meh and crust was crispy but not very flavorful.
You might dig this pizza if it was your first time in Syracuse, you spent all day annoyed at tourists in a nearby state park, and this was your 4th choice for a pizza place tonight because everywhere else closes at 8.. on a Saturday..
A 6.8 from me.
