A Chicago style deep dish you can eat with hands and is fuckin good. Cheese is thick and just right, sauce hits the spot and crust isn’t lacking either. Has the right texture slight crunch. Could live off it.

I have to say, this is the best pizza buffet I have ever eaten at. I typically rate these places in the 4 range. The pizza is homemade style with thin crust. I took the grand tour.. proud to give this a 6.8 which is a colossal score for a buffet style pizza. Impressed with the southern Illinois pizza buffet. Good on you!
