Trackside Pizza

Right off the bat their garbage cans are right near the front door so walking in it smells like garbage. Tiny beer selection for a place in downtown Puyallup but they have Mac and Jack so they got that going for them. I’m a sucker for a good amber ale. This is why I do this. Trackside has the highest rating in Puyallup with customer reviews but isn’t the best I’ve had. The sauce is bland, they tried to add flavor by sprinkling oregano on top of the cheese but the sauce has no depth of flavor. The crust does have a nice glueteny center but has an odd taste I can’t identify. It’s saggy with no crisp in the center and little crisp at the edges. Could sit in the oven a bit longer, no burnt edges. The cheese separates nicely and tastes like good pizza cheese. It’s Not the worse but far from best. I give it 6.1 bites
