Trapezium Brewing

got this from camp trapezium in amherst. petersburg location looks to be a bit more inconsistent but amherst location is consistently really solid, great drinks as well

Light thin crust from a fire oven. Pretty good almost bar pie. Brewery pie? Light char.

Pizza was decent, Daisy Fairfield was the closest they had to a gold medal slice. High military presence. Would visit again.

Great crust. Little flop, bit greasy but good tang on the sauce.

Holy greeese...but still good. The dough is like fried lady lips. Heaven.

This pizza was okay but would not go out of my way to recommend. Was not all the way done, very doughy.
