Trapezium Brewing

got this from camp trapezium in amherst. petersburg location looks to be a bit more inconsistent but amherst location is consistently really solid, great drinks as well

Light thin crust from a fire oven. Pretty good almost bar pie. Brewery pie? Light char.

Pizza was decent, Daisy Fairfield was the closest they had to a gold medal slice. High military presence. Would visit again.

Pizza only comes one size and it's pretty small. Lots of flop maybe a bit undercooked. Decent char. That's a review
