Late photo because I couldn’t wait to dive into this one. The flavor was fantastic, great thin crust but not overdone, and good cheese to sauce ratio. Highly recommend. I’d add extra basil if I were to do it again.

Benchmark “good pizza”. No frills. Just good cheese and sauce, good coverage. Dough was charred & held up well over 20 minutes!
