Fantastic crust! Perfectly crisp, not too floppy! Good cheese coverage, sauce was decent but could use a little more acidity in my opinion

Zero flop alert. I asked for well done and the bois at Trattoria did not disappoint. I don’t think it’s in the eights but it’s knocking at the door. It needs something to push it over the edge. Maybe a touch more sauce. Would recommend.

Huge slices with no flop, thin, and you can hear the crunch with every bite.

Crust is light and crispy but not overdone. Sauce is well balanced. Might be able to add a bit more cheese but the overall flavor and texture is very good. That’s a review!

Same as Go Primos (part of the Trattoria family). Slices are displayed and put back into the oven for crispy crunchy goodness. Essentially the same pizza as Go Primo’s. Good cheese to sauce ratio. Hardly any flop. Solid slices.

Really good pizza. I think it would have been better fresh but I only had time to grab a slice. For the area though it is very solid. I’ll definitely come back to try it again

Thin slice with good structure. Sauce walks a nice line between savory and sweet. Good amount of cheese without overdoing it, little to no grease, and fresh dough. May not be a 7.4 in New York, but could be as high as an 8 for this area. When pitted against other local establishments this cheese slices wins 4 times out of 5.

Just Cheese- No Flop, No Grease, Litttle Flavor, Thin/ Lite Crust. Just Ok.
