Trattoria Bolu

Wow. Liked this pizza before and was in the area, I always just do cheese the first time. Ordered again at 6:45 and was informed to pick up at 7:10. At 6:52 I got a text that the pie was ready. Left hotel and 8 minutes later picked up a cold pizza. Maybe not the restaurant’s problem but the online system is terrible. Another fellow told me he had the same issue. In hotel near by with no way to heat. Just bad service.

Not much flavor. Nothing special. It was cooked right.

Fancy pizza... Crust could be better. Decent ingredients but nothing too special

On my drive south I stopped at Sally’s in New Haven, CT and Santillo’s in New Jersey, both highly rated on here. The pinwheel pizza at Tratoria Bolu holds its own with both of those any day.

This was just what I needed. Hangry after a road trip to PA and this hit the spot. Would totally do it again. Now, speaking critically, the key components (crust, sauce, cheese) were all slightly sub-par in the taste category....
