Trattoria Bolu

Not much flavor. Nothing special. It was cooked right.

Fine. Fancy pizza is a bit overpriced. Little chewy. Crust is thin and well flavored. Slightly undercooked. I would take my wife here anytime for a relaxed evening. Tried one of the specialty pizza’s, really heavy on the toppings, would never order again.

Fancy pizza... Crust could be better. Decent ingredients but nothing too special

On my drive south I stopped at Sally’s in New Haven, CT and Santillo’s in New Jersey, both highly rated on here. The pinwheel pizza at Tratoria Bolu holds its own with both of those any day.

This was just what I needed. Hangry after a road trip to PA and this hit the spot. Would totally do it again. Now, speaking critically, the key components (crust, sauce, cheese) were all slightly sub-par in the taste category....
