Trattoria Procaccini

Can’t find any major fault with it. Taste is adequate. Lack of sauce. Too cheesy but that does taste good. Crust actually holds up alone enough that I’d be happy to dip it in something, however not exceptional. Overall execution pretty good, but nothing special.
