Let’s cut through the nonsense. This facility has scores in the threes and multiple tens. Really? If the place warranted a ten it would have hundreds of reviews and numerous television shows doing stories about it. I just took a bite. It tastes like pizza you could get anywhere. Cut the crap. This is ok. Here’s the review. Crust- taste average. It holds up. Ok crunch. Nothing special. Sauce- not enough. You can’t rate something you can’t taste. So how’s the sauce. I have no clue. Cheese- a bit above average. Since there is no meaningful sauce and this is a grilled cheese sandwich, it’s pretty good. Nice job. Execution- passable. Ratio whacked out with minimal sauce. It barely comes together but some how is clearly pizza. Cal Ripken once said, I never thought I’d be the best. I wasn’t even sure I’d last. I’m grateful for some of both.” This joint is no Cal Ripken. Max travel distance is ten minutes. It’s ok.

The pizza is not a thin crust, but not too thick either. The dough is pleasant tasting though not very tasty, it is good. The under carriage, a bit floppy, but not total flop. The sauce, could barely taste it. Jersey pizza places many seem to be bland, this sauce though not bland lacked personality, and some flavor. The cheese was the draw here, a very generous topping of mozz. Cheese lovers will be happy and may score extra points for that. For me its about the crust and sauce which were basically average at best. Its a good 🍕 slice, and worth a try.

First impression on this nyc style pizza is that it’s loaded with an abundance of chewy tasty cheese. Very light sauce to cheese ratio but the savory sauce is more salty and not sweet which is delightful. Big flop and medium thickness of crust with a mild flavorful dough.

Solid crisp. Some of the best cheese I've ever had on a pizza. Sauce is also incredible. I don't understand the poor ratings on this place. 8.8 all the way
