Trattoria Zero Otto Nove

For valentine’s day me and my girlfriend got the Napoletana pizza to share. It was good, i enjoyed the pizza a lot. Not much to say just a good pizza overall.

Ordered 3 pies. All delicious. Great crisp on the crust and the cheese and sauce were nicely balanced. The oven is on the middle of the back dining room so you can watch them make and cook the pies. On a side note, need to go back and try the pesto pasta that was reviewed on here … sounds incredible.

Neapolitan style pizza with some slight differences. Center was cooked through and the crust wasn’t as puffy. Fresh cheese and a nice sauce which had a bit of sweetness to it. A bit more fluff on the crust and I would go higher. Overall really good pizza.

Very good neopolitan style. The crust is an 8.9. I prefer a little more zing in my sauce and maybe a bit of Parmigiano but that's just my preference. This is very very good pizza and a GREAT restaurant/experience. Like the prez neopolitan isn't my favorite style but this is excellent in its class. Also had a pesto pasta that'll knock you d*ck off. Great spot you won't be disappointed here.

Margherita pie: good neopolitan-style pizza, great cheese, although it seems They get it from Casa della mozzarella next door; good sauce; dough seemed like some home-made style, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing; overall, good individual parts, but the pizza isn’t quite greater than the sum of those parts

Amazing slice. Highly highly recommend coming through for some dinner and pizza.

Great dough, perfect amount of cheese, a little low on sauce. Good flop. Great pizza.

Great crust, fresh muzz made daily, tomatoes from Italy. Fancy but quality. 8.5
