I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more reviews. Honestly one of the better pizzas I’ve had in the last year. Here’s the thing.. it’s memorable. It’s different enough from all the other spots around, but it would be a crowd pleaser. The crust is cracker thin. I crushed half of the large with ease, but the prices reflect this. A normal 14” most places with a couple toppings is usually $30. This was $20. The flavor is just incredible. The saltiness from the pepperoni and sausage with the sauce is almost perfect. Even the cheese only side hit the spot. I always say the places who put toppings under the cheese makes it better. The cheese on this is interesting in that there is no stretch. It’s a clean bite. The texture is also different than most. You have to see it in person to understand. This is truly a pub Chicago style. Each slice is a couple bites. If you’re getting this for a party, order more than you think you need. It’s light on the dough but substantial on the cheese and toppings. I wish they were open for lunch. I had a hard time getting through on the phone because I couldn’t find another place to order online, so take that into consideration. Highly recommend!!
