Tre Ragazzi's Italian Cafe

Exactly what I’m looking for in a cheese pizza. Maybe a little less cheese and some more toasting on top and this is a 9.3

I go out of my way to get this pizza. Fresh, cheesy, and crispy outer crust. Solid pie.

Really good pizza! Lightly sauced and mild, tastes freshly made, not too much salt. Cheese is top notch, great flavor and texture. Crust is thin in the center, hand worked into a thicker border, which has slight crisp bite that turns chewy (my preference). Only improvements could be a little more sauce and spread further out on crust, but VERY enjoyable!!

Very good pie. I would have def went higher if the dough would have had some crunch to it. It had a big New York flop but once you got up on the top crust area it had some good crunch. Was pretty greasy, but hey, this was a good pie all around.
