Pretty good pie. A little flop but had nice char. Cheese was a bit overpowering and needs a tad more sauce. Probably would have gone a bit higher if it wasn’t for those two things.

Let me start off by saying i came in with high expectations, great presentation, cheese melted perfectly. Now for the downsides theres a ton of flop with little taste in the crust. Overall a good pizza if your in the mood to just get something basic and not be blown away.

Good quality cheese blend that has a nice sharp bite to it. Mild sauce with no overwhelming flavors. Could have benefited from an extra minute or two in the oven
