Asked for well done and it was great. Right amount of oil, cheese was good, and the under crust was outstanding. Perfect wood fire char. It was a floppy bastard though prob because it was so thin. I could eat a few of these no problem. I'd say it's better than Bricco across the street. Bricco almost puts nothing on their dough.
