Trio's Pizza

Excellent crust. Crispy on the bottom and softer where the crust meets the sauce. A little bit thicker crust for a thin crust pizza and perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Sauce is not to sweet and not dry and the cheese is not too soft to where it does not stay on the slice. Easily my favorite pizza in Chicago. Not a sit down place either so you can take it home and enjoy it on the couch with some company and your favorite beverage.
