Disclosure: I am not a fan of the Sicilian slice or sweet sauce. That said this was probably the best Sicilian slice I’ve had. Great texture on the dough which was thick but light, not dense - that was the best quality. The sauce was sweet but tasted high quality so I actually didn’t mind as much as I thought. Worst part was the cheese by far, I ordered extra cheese cuz I’ve heard that’s the ideal way to order from Tripoli pizza (traces of cheese otherwise) but even then it was pitiful. One the cheese cooled one bite wouldn’t be enough to cut the cheese so you end up tearing it off the whole slice and need to put it back on. Poor cheese texture and no flavor on the cheese. Overall though, I’d recommend for sure if you’re into Sicilian slices but wouldn’t go back myself
