Trotta's Pizza

Nostalgia might be bumping my review a tad. Grew up with Trotta’s. Still great. Very ample cheese and sauce without special instructions. Mild tip sag / grease. Adds to the flavor.

Wasn’t sure exactly what to expect with a garage style drive-thru place, but it’s a reasonable step up from gas station pizza. Thick and doughy, conveyer belt cooked, light undercarriage, pretty decent flavors all around, nice garlic and herb taste to the crust. Might have to come back for a Sicilian style.

I’m an East sider, and rarely find myself on the west side, but when I do, Trotta’s is a must. One of the best slices in town.

Trottas drive thru pizza was pretty dope! Wasn’t sure what to expect but this is a average pie, on the thicker side, ok sauce and cheese. 6.2

Super thick! Huge slices, and cheap!

Cheese Slice - $2.50 So this was a very first for me. Drive-through liquor barn and they sell pizza. Very floppy! Reminds me of gas-station pizza but with a little more flavor. Outside crust has this garlic herb taste. I actually liked it. But the remaining slice sucks! I can see how people would buy this shit…. It’s 11pm and your out of beer so you stop at the barn. Pick up a 12 pack and a large pie. Bring it back to the fella’s who are already fucking smashed so they don’t give a fuck. Done deal!

Sauce is overly tomatoey and it’s just your average typical Midwest slice.

I liked didn’t love it. Good football pizza. Still worth trying

Got the wrong pie ... no bite

This isn’t a die for slice to go get, but what makes this place unique is it doubles as a beer drive thru. Honestly wouldn’t be a bad idea opening up one of these on a college campus would be a one stop shop for a case of beer and a pie
