TRUE Crafted Pizza

High quality ingredients but lots of flop and grease. Thin and crispy crust but the sauce was very plain. Almost just tasted like crushed up tomatoes. Pretty underwhelming pizza.

Lot of flop, the fresh mozzarella wasn’t too special and the sauce was a little watery and on the sweeter side. The brick oven they cook it in was amazing- that explains the char on the pizza, which was the best part.

Major flop, no sauce, greasy. Go find better. The bar is new have modern or Pepe’s along with santarpios, Regina pizzeria and Johns of bleaker. That’s the bar that you start with to then appropriately rate pizza from there

Mushroom and onion neapolitan style, very solid

Alright Frankie, very cheesy and not a ton of sauce. Seems like there are a lot of quality ingredients and definitely tastes fresh. Crust is pretty plain but overall a decent slice. One bit everybody knows the rules

Good pizza bad cheese

Nothing special. Not terrible. Needed some more flavor in the sauce. Not sure if I’d pick it over some of the major pizza chains.

A solid slice, good amount of grease, crisp, and flavor. Crust leaves a little to be desired. Soda only, water is a little wangy.

Great crust, great toppings. It’s not new haven but it’s solid.

This isn’t the greatest picture of their pies. Solid sauce and very fresh if you go with different ingredient. Two pizzas they have that are 7.5-8 range are the BLT and the meatball pizza.

This pizza surprised me. It was a lot better than I thought it would be. It’s a chain, but it is very high quality. Great taste, fresh ingredients ,crisp crust.

Hanging on by a thread flop, good cheese, great crust, and good sauce. I could have used more sauce.

Sauce has interesting tang. All around solid pizza.

Great when it’s right out of the oven. After 5 minutes, quality drops.
