Calling this Roman style pizza is an insult to everyone in Rome and in the entire country of Italy. They should be embarrassed. This looked chewed and tasted like a pizza that someone would make in an electric home oven with frozen store-bought pizza dough. Sauce was completely filled with way too many different herbs and spices. This was just bad on every level. My girlfriend and I each took one bite and threw it in the trash. Their round pizza isn’t much better. To make madness worse, the owners are just rude and unwelcoming. I wanted to give them a one. But my girlfriend told me to be nice. So they’re getting a three.

They’ve changed a lot over the last few years, but the last year or so has consistently awesome. Perfect blend of char in the right places, chewyness, and GREAT flavor. Pro tip is to make sure to eat it super fresh. It’s on the smaller lighter side so doesn’t stay hot long. The owner cares a lot and has a lot of interesting toppings and specials. A must try!

Nice thin crust, good undercarriage and a great cook. Crust was nice and crispy. But still a little too much flop. Oily (because they add oil) which I’m. It a big fan of. Overall a well crafted pizza but the flavor needs a little pop. The sauce needs to be kicked up a notch and this pizza would easily get into the 8s but as it stands…right now….7.3

Decent enough. Good texture and flavor to the dough, sauce and cheese better than average. Tried half with no cheese and as you can see they get a little skimpy with the sauce and it bakes into the dough a bit much. But overall it’s some of the better pizza in the area.
