Found a true masterpiece. This pizza has so much going for it.
1. There is a limited amount of places that I have reviewed that make it into the 8's.
2. The chef/ Owner has over 25 years experience. They say they use old classic family recipes and the best freshest ingredients. I could tell immediately with the first bite that it is true.
3. They seem to have added parmesan cheese after the pizza was made, which I am usually not a fan of, but this time it wasn't overpowering like some other places i've been to, so that was fine. A good number of people I've come across, complain when a place adds anything after it is cooked, including oregano (in other places not here).
4. The dough was super amazing in flavor and texture, basically no room for improvement. Sauce was excellent in taste, like a good homemade recipe. Overall I would come here for a dinner in the future!
