Tuscanero's Pizza

Came across this place randomly and its a basic slice. Not bad but not great. Middle of the road. Slightly salty. Not much flavor

Thin and crispy

They have a good selection of slices to go. That I will give them. I understand a slice may not be as good as a fresh baked pie but I can only go by what I had. The slices were greasy. Really greasy. Didn’t really like the dough either. It was soggy too. But, not terrible. Just not great.

Served hot in 3-4 minutes with a hard Danbury crisp and zero Backus flop. The sauce is very sweet with a good tang. The mozzarella is high quality with a good salt content. The dough recipe is very, very good which gives you a wonderful crisp and good chew. The only drawback is the overt sweetness of the sauce and the lack of seasoning. This could touch the low 8.0’s with that adjustment. Still way above average slice.

First time here and I have to say I will be back the next time I am In town. Flavor is spot on, nice crisp , chewy crust , only drawback, it was a little greasy but not as bad as others made it out to be

1 cheese slice, 1pm on a Sunday, $2.45 Pros: Slight crisp to the undercarriage Cons: Thin slice loses any firmness due to being dominated by cheese and grease. Very thin layer of sauce, crust tastes like straight dough, no real sense of char Verdict: Underwhelming slice, used a lot of napkins to dab off a good amount of grease that permeates into the dough beneath. Not much flavor beyond greasy cheese and a doughy aftertaste

Nice place on the inside a lot of options of pizza. Little greasy lots of flop. Decent slice if you happen to need gas driving down the freeway.

Ew. Greasy mess. Picked it up whole thing flopped and all cheese fell off. Sauce wasn’t great either. Rather have Domino’s 🤷🏼‍♂️

HEAVY FLOP! Cheese and sauce are mediocre at best. Strong redeeming quality was the crust. 6.2.

It broke on me a little but it was pretty tight. Good slice no doubt about it. Savory, crispy, good cheese a little greasy. Will return when hungry.

Single slice. Below average

Had high expectations for this slice. Was cooked nicely through with great crunch. However, sauce is bland with little no taste in the cheese.

Very cheesy. Would have liked a little more well done crust, just a very little more. Not huge on the sauce. “Nice” pizza overall

Really enjoyed their pizza. It was basic football pizza but good. Got there around the time they first opened. Was nice inside and pizza was quick. Definitely would come again if I’m in the area.
