TuscNY Pizza

This is a good, solid pie. It’s cooked on a pan which prevents a good crisp on the bottom (kind of like cooking on a screen). Definitely more than I expected from Tuscaloosa, but definitely not an “8” pizza.

Solid pie. Good ingredients, flavorful crust. Sauce was a little bland. Ordered a side of their house marinara and that saved it. Could be more well done in the center of the pie.
