I ordered the Jester. Now I understand why El Prez goes with either the cheese pizza, or the margherita pizza. This is a tough one to score, in a good way. This pizza is absolutely STACKED with meat, along with entire cloves of caramelized garlic, among other things. They took that into consideration when deciding what direction to take the dough/crust. It had to have enough strength to support the 30 pounds of toppings. That being said, the crust is a chewy. I tapped out after 2 slices. I've been known to have 4+ in a sitting. I'd absolutely eat this again.
