Good looking pizza. Crust had great flavor but it was surprisingly soggy under the toppings. The sauce was better than average but the soggy crust killed this pie. It’s almost as if it should have been cooked for another 2 minutes. The bones (crust edges) were perfect. Maybe their sauce is too wet and it just soaks the bread but this pizza has all the right things going for it in way of taste but the cooking process and balance is a failure. Would score a solid 8 if it had a crisp all the way thru crust.
