Two Boots Midtown East

I was always a fan of Two Boots because of the unique spicy flavor profile of the sauce. Combining Italy and New Orleans influences, Two Boots is a unique pizza I used to visit the Grand Central location quite a bit, now I’ll stop in at the other locations if I happen to pass by. Todays slice wasn’t the best, it was a little bit dry and not from a fresh pie. They kept it in the oven for like 10 minutes, which is a recook more then reheat. Cheese gets kind of ruined You might have to buy a whole pie to get a really good pizza, maybe someday ..
