Two Fat Guys and an Oven

This is a review for Turco’s Pizza in New Castle which the app needs to update, because this pizza was really good. They’re only open three days a week and their specialty is “Pan Fried Sicilian.” My friend from work told me about this place, so I drove an hour to give it a shot and thank God I did. The crust is perfect and buttery with great crispy edges. The sauce and cheese combined with the buttery crust truly tasted great. The sauce was lathered on and tasted excellent, and the cheese was also tasty as well. Overall I don’t really have anything negative to say about this pizza, it’s just not the best I’ve ever had. However, it might be one of the better Sicilian styles I’ve ever had. Check this place out, again it’s called Turco’s!
