Uccello's - East Beltline

Great bar pizza. Good structure, good cheese and sauce ratio.

Great piece. Sauce was great. I got the Italian sausage. For a thin and crispy pie it was a little floppy, but otherwise it’s a great bar pie, with great flavor. Outer layer crust was fantastic.

BBQ chicken pizza was a little doughy but overal great flavor and plenty of chicken. Cheese pizza is good as well.

Basic football pie. Better than Costco and Domino’s. Not anything you’d tell friends about.

Crispy crust, a sweeter savory sauce, not greesy.

Margherita, more of a flatbread than a pizza. Sauce is subtle. Flavor of char crust comes thru and cheese is very mild. Good flavor, but again, more of a flatbread than pizza. Maybe that’s on me for ordering it.

The Uccello’s Signature Pizza is damn good. It’s a thick pan pizza do with almost every meat you can get. Very filling! Try it. But if I where to get it again I wouldn’t get the ham slices. When you pull the pieces of, or take a bite the ham will pull the other toppings off. Nature of the beast.
