Umberto's of Huntington

I am a big fan of the Umberto's restaurants. I have recommended them to many people. 1. I asked them what they are called because their sign says Umberto's of Hyde Park, but their real name is "Of Huntington" 2. They seemed to buy into the franchise and use the name of the original location. They also bought 2 other locations with different names. 3. Pizza had more grease ( not necessarily a bad thing) than the other Umberto's I've been to. The slice was extremely floppy on the first couple bites, meaning the center of the pie wasn't thick enough. 4. Overall great cheese, sauce and dough.
