Umbertos of Massapequa Park

This review is for the regular but I’ll leave my opinion on the margarita. Off that bat the regular is a little bit oily but not that bad. No NY flop. Crust crispy at the crust end only but no flour on it that drys out your tongue. It has a little char that adds a distinct very subtle burnt taste but in a good way. The sauce is there but you don’t taste it it blends in with the crust and cheese almost non existent but with a slight tang. Cheese is potent in a good way a lot of flavor. Now I’ll add the margarita slice.. man without the break down on it. I gota go 8.6
