Falls very short of its New Hyde Park counterpart!!

Thinner than a slice of a paper, this slice was him honestly place is class

I am a big fan of the Umberto's restaurants. I have recommended them to many people. 1. I asked them what they are called because their sign says Umberto's of Hyde Park, but their real name is "Of Huntington" 2. They seemed to buy into the franchise and use the name of the original location. They also bought 2 other locations with different names. 3. Pizza had more grease ( not necessarily a bad thing) than the other Umberto's I've been to. The slice was extremely floppy on the first couple bites, meaning the center of the pie wasn't thick enough. 4. Overall great cheese, sauce and dough.

I’ve had most of their locations and like my women, they all taste different. Apparently the pizza maker here previously was handling the salt shaker at McDonalds with an unsteady hand .This one taste like my girl was solo hammering away with an Italian Dry Sausage 2 minutes before I walked in for a taste. Listen, I had 5 pieces, wasn’t all that bad, but neither are my babes

Good football pizza Frankie, a lil flop, lil crisp, good tang on the sauce. Overall a good pie. Little less grease, more crisp, this could find itself closer to the 8’s. That’s a review Franklyn!!!
