Sweet sauce great flop and nice crunch

always burnt, slices are always old. not a good example of the New Hyde park namesake

Regular slice 7.5 very little flop good cheese sauce ratio Grandma .... 5.0 good cheese and sauce but so floppy it was bowing at me lol. Other than that great clean place

Deep dish slice

Regular: crispy flavorful slice. Pretty heavy on the cheese and has a fair amount of grease. 8.1 Grandma: everything but the sauce is spot on. Dont get me wrong sauce tastes great but it's a little garlicky if they just take that down a bit I'd put it in the 9s. 8.7

Solid pizza. Fresh ingredients. A little greasy and thicker then I like.

Best buffalo slice on Long Island

Again from Umberto’s, same good sauce/cheese combination. Crust was disappointing.

Decent sicilians slice. A bit on the saltier side but still one of the better places in the area.

Deep dish and a regular. Probably my favorite local spot for a quick slice. They redid the whole inside and it’s really primed for a good party too.

Pizza is just ok. Dont hate it, dont love it. Slices are are bit on the smaller side.

They are known for inventing the Grandmas slice but their regular cheese slice is amazing as well!!

Major NY Flop, crust good

Regular was thin and crispy. The Sicilian slice was even better. Sauce is the key!

Wonderful mix of sauce and cheese. No flop. Crispy crust. Slightly greasy but not too much drip
