Crust was nice and airy but light on sauce/flavor and cheese. And everybody knows the rules that Neapolitan pies have a ceiling

The dough is simply amazing tasting. If Neapolitan is your favorite style pizza, I can see why some people would say this is best in the world. Probably the best Neapolitan I've ever had. San marzanno tomato sauce on this pizza is too die for.

Top tier pizza from a master craftsman. The dough is special, complex/pillowy.

Met the hype. Crust was life-alteringly good. New bar has been set for Neapolitan pizzas - already can’t wait to go back.

For a date night spot and what is to be considered Neapolitan this pie was pretty life changing.

Absolutely Perfect. If you are a Neapolitan purest then you have to try it out. Every pie is phenomenal and just so well balanced. This is the Picasso of Pizza.

Not enough Margherita sauce and very watery

Good! I’m a fan of Neapolitan pies, so I definitely had higher hopes. Though 7.9 is a great score. It screamed 7.9 the whole time. Thought the dough would be more supple and more sea salt would have helped. And at $20, it’s steep, but you know the ingredients are quality. 7.9 is the review. (NJ LOCATION - NYC REMAINS CLOSED)

Too small! And expensive @ $20. But that sea salt & buffalo mozz combo is undeniable. Ingredients/dough are at their freshest. Better than Lucali’s. Prez needs to get on this one ASAP!!!Heads up though: wait is long (I waited an hour) & they dont slice the pie (I had to go back and ask). Still worth it though. Only critique is it should be bigger. Also, I went to the one in Jersey. The one in NY is closed. Get on it Prez!
