Uncle Bill's Pizza

This is a non-traditional style pizza. In fact, it’s called Quad City style pizza. When I walked in to pick up my pizza they were tossing the dough like classic pizza makers. There is a certain nuttiness to the crust, and spice to the sauce. All the “toppings” one would associate with a pizza was actually below the cheese. This pizza was actually cut into strips as opposed to slices. Probably one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve ever had due to the blast of different flavors compared to regular pizzas. Would love to have it again sometime!!!
