Uncle Frank's Pizza

Very doughy type of pizza, but with a descent taste and well cooked under carriage. Sauce is a bit tangy, and not much sauce on the pizza. Ended up a bit dry and needed to put extra sauce on top to manage. I personally prefer sauce a bit on the sweeter side and a little less doughy but overall not a bad tasting pie.

Regular slice: Football pizza with lots of taste. Good crisp. No flop. Crust is a little bland. 7.7 Sicilian slice: very tasty. Great undercarriage and crust. It has an undercooked doughy quality in the middle. 7.9 I would stop back when in the neighborhood.

It was very good. Fresh out of the oven, not a lot of flop, and a good undercarriage. The crust is very soft but crunchy and the cheese and sauce is just perfect. Been great for years. GO TO UNCLE FRANKS in Dumont, New Jersey.

Pizza was really good. Cheese was delicious. Salty which I like, and there was lots of it. Crust was really good, crispy but the pie itself could’ve used a few more minutes in the over. Sauce to cheese ratio was a little off but the sauce was really good.

This is my all time favorite place. I visited Dumont with my family since the early 80’s. The one thing that made the 10 hour trip from Michigan was knowing I would get a slice of Uncle Franks. It’s been 20 years since the last time I had Uncle Franks. Stopped in and had 2 slices and a coke. The cheese and crisp was still the same. Love It!

Hut Hut a little clangin and bangin authentic football pizza as it gets !!!! Best pie in the northern Bergen county area... also their Sicilian Slice is a 9.2 I haven’t had a better one !!!

Very oily guy didn’t leave it in long enough. Kinda uncooked dough taste. It’s okay pizza
