Uncle Joe's Pizza

Solid pizza. Nothing spectacular as far as the plain goes but it wasnt bad either. Could of been cooked just a but longer. Slight crisp on the bottom and on the lighter side with the amount of sauce. A little greasiness but not overboard. The Sicilian i had was better. It was thick, thicker than the picture shows. Very pillow like dough that feels bouncy like a memory foam pillow that pushes back into the roof of your mouth and the bottom was buttery and had the thinnest layer of crisp. Very good. 7.9 on the sicilian. They had lots of good looking specialty pies and one in particular called an ‘Old Fashioned” that had mounds of this big chunky super thick narinara or something on top. Im kicking myself for not getting it. The next person who walked in behind me seen it and his eyes lit up as he told the really nice people behind the counter that he wanted it.
