Uncle Leo's Pizza

Really good crunch and undercarriage, is thin which can be good or bad based on the person. Overall good. In my bias, a little too thin.

I ordered a 12" deluxe minus olives from uncle leo's. This is my second time here; last time i ordered a chicken delight pizza, which was fantastic and definitely in the 9s. This pizza definitely didn't disappoint either. It was roughly $18, which is a reasonable price, especially for how good it is. They said it would be ready in 25 minutes, and it was ready when i got there 25 minutes later. The cheese is provel, which i normally don't like, but was fantastic on this pizza, with great quality. Crust was cooked perfectly and the top of pizza was cooked perfectly. They got the ingredients right and those were all great. Sauce had lots of flavor. Pretty much a perfect pizza and the best stl style you will find. They have dine-in, but it is a very limited area. Literally my only complaint is they don't have online ordering. Everything else about here is phenominal and is the best hole in the wall pizza you will find

One of the best St Louis style pizzas in the St Louis area. Crispy crust, great toppings, sweet sauce, and beautiful molten hot provel cheese! Only a couple of small tables for dine in, but don’t let that stop you! Eat it hot! 🍕

Dough is light and crisp, good cheese, maybe could’ve used a little more sauce.

St. Louis style with a unique, kind of flaky crust. Good ingredients, provel cheese, and solid overall. I think it is still owned by the family who runs Failonj’s in Dogtown. Nice people either way.

Well built STL style pizza. I had the deluxe. Crisps crust, great homemade sauce, and a healthy layer Provel cheese

Crust super tasteful without even a hint of flour(which some Stl crusts over power on). Spicier than normal sauce that was generously spread edge to edge. Melty proves cheese with pepperoni that was crispy even under the cheese. Solid solid solid Za!

Solid 6.1. Lady at the counter was a solid 7.4 but that did not affect the score.

Good STL Style pizza, better than the big guy in town in my opinion. You have to be careful eating this type of pizza right out of the oven, because the STL style cheese will stick to the roof of your mouth. Crust was very crispy and crunchy all the way through, sauce was tangy, and cheese was well “provel”
