Just had my first slice from Uncle Louie’s, and let me tell you—this place sets the bar for pizza. You won’t find a better slice anywhere around. The crust is thin but sturdy, with the perfect crunch in every bite. The sauce? Rich, tangy, and layered just right beneath a generous blanket of perfectly melted cheese. Every bite is balanced, from the crispy edges to the gooey center, cooked to absolute perfection. Uncle Louie’s isn’t just another pizzeria—it’s a masterclass in how pizza should be made. The ingredients taste fresh, the flavors are bold yet harmonized, and the texture is spot on. Whether you’re a casual pizza lover or a full-fledged connoisseur, one bite and you’ll know: this is the best slice in town.

Good neighborhood take out/delivery spot...if this is your local pizzeria, you're in better shape than most. Mind blowing, not by any means, but very good pizza.

Lovely pie, tasty sauce in good ratio to cheese. Crust didn’t measure up though.. kind of soggy and tasteless

Very good Grandma’s Pie, thin crust with excellent sweet sauce. Highly recommend.

To be fair this review will be for an OVERALL Pizza Experience since we ended up ordering a variety of slices instead of a full pie fresh out of the oven. The slices we tried were Grandma (square), Margarita, Plain & Bacon Ranch (which I’m not reviewing because I don’t consider Bacon Ranch as pizza but my wife loved it) All of the slices had great flavors and ratio of sauce & cheese. The Grandma slice was cheese on bottom. It seemed to be a different sauce on all three styles and all were very good. The plain slice was more of a typical Jersey Style Football Pie but with a thinner crust and a slight flop. All slices had a nice crunch and crust. In the end this is a great Pizza Place and a good option to bring the family for dinner. There had to be at least 7 or 8 different slices out on display to choose from. One other thing of note is that the Staff was extremely friendly and patient. In summary, real good pie, probably the best pie within a 15-20 minute radius.

Pizza was real nice. Sauce had a little kick, also hint of wine. Cheese could have been better. Overall worth having again.

Now this is gooooood pizza. Really good. I went with the Grandma pie and added pepperoni to it. The sauce was so good. Nice crust. Very well made. Dave what u waiting for!!

An authentic italian joint no doubt. The plain slice has solid presentation and is quite thin. Good sauce with a nice cheese and great crust. The undercarriage was a bit soft though. Their specialty slices look excellent here. Thanks Louie.

Really good. I’m not sure if they have plain cheese slices but their traditional slices with the sauce on top are amazing. Fluffy like a pillow with plenty of crisp 👍🏻

Margarita slice also really good.

Plain slice was very average if you go get the Grandma.
