Uncle Maddio's Pizza

Uncle Maddio’s is a small lunch stop pizza joint inside of a little mall in ups town Charlotte. I stopped here for lunch while I was at a conference at the Marriott across the road. The 10” combo lunch deal for $8 was an awesome and very appealing offer. You order tell them what you want on it and they make it in front of you throw it in the oven and then present it to you open box for satisfaction. Very cool little joint. Crust is very thin but not to much flop a little but not over the top. Sauce was great cheese didn’t burn your face off I give it a 6.2 I would eat it again.
