Uncle Maddio's Pizza

First off, the Sunday afternoon I visited, showed three very hard working and professional people. Obviously understaffed, I had no problem waiting a few extra minutes. Good on the staff. OK, now the pizza. This is not a El Prez type of place at all, but for this area, and many other areas as well it was a solid serviceable good pizza. It’s one of the make your own type, and it was assembled and cooked well. It lacked the hand tossing and homemade sauce, but all in all, it was better than dominoes and not as good as a big city pizzeria. I scored it high, I know, but I took in the whole picture. El Prez would have been in the 6’s. That’s my review.
