Uncle Rico’s Pizza Fort Myers

Not only are the owners super nice, I love supporting small businesses, but at the end of the day the quality of their product is simply better than anything else in the area that I’ve found. It’s all about balance for me. Both of our pizzas were cooked to absolute crispy perfection, without us having to ask for longer. The dough was flavorful, crisp, yet had a great chew. Pepperoni cups curled to catch the flavor with a tinge of crispness at the edges. Sauce was nice and balanced. This is the “Angry” which includes a slight drizzle of hot honey (perfect amount) and fresh basil. This is my new go to pizza spot and feel lucky to have such a great local place to support.
