I didn’t get a good pic, but holy crap! This was WAY better than people are scoring it!!

Crust is good! Sauce is tasty! Cheese is lacking something tho. But with a name like Rocco's its worth giving a try.

Minimal flop. Crisp is decent and hot as shit I could see the third degree burns on my mouth. Drunk slice. Not great not horrible. That’s the review

Good pizza, very large slices. Real greasy extra floppy. This pizza is the best when you’re drunk so it has its place.

I was really excited to finally try some “New York” style pizza for an official review. I think the West Coast still doesn’t get it. Even for the guys who are supposedly from New York. It’s a good pizza, it’s got a good crisp crust, it’s cheesy and tasty. But this is not a classic New York slice as advertised. No signature flop, no melting cheese and certainly no flavorful sauce. But all that said, pizza is pizza and I still enjoyed it for a simple pie. The crust went a long way and really earned its score. 6.5 Frankie.

This is the classic Santa Barbara stop for a late-night, drunk-night slice. In fact, this is the first time I’ve ordered a whole pie from them. No doubt about it, this is drunk pizza. Thin crust, chewy crust with some crunch at the edges. Big time flop. The sauce is slightly sweet. The cheese is greasy and skins-over as it cools. Enjoy this pizza on a belly full of booze and it will be the least of your regrets that evening.
