Uncle Sal's Pizza II

Great taste with a thin crust. If it had more crisp it would easily be in the 8's

Ordered by the slice. Light, thin crisp crust, sauce could have more flavor but was pleasant enough. Wasn’t overloaded with cheese. If I had any complaint, it could have been in the oven on the initial bake for a minute longer, and the dough could use a touch more water. But overall for a jersey slice on the run, this is a respectable slice.

Dough was ok. Slice was just ok. Nothing special here.

Best pizza in Sparta by far. Deliveries are quick and the quality can’t be beat. Highly recommend this place over any other in Sussex County.

Ordered from them for a second time to give another shot, less grease but super thin doesn’t hold a candle to pezzo or A&G
