Underground Pizza

Carol Baskin (Veggie) was phenomenal. The sauce is sweet and perfectly compliments the baked in chessy crust, which is crunchy and doesn’t get soggy.

A solid slice Detroit Style. The crust is solid! Crispy Cheese Crust similar to Angeloni’s in Caldwell, New Jersey. The strip of sauce is good and each bite is tasty. Unfortunately, the cheese was not up to par with the rest of the pizza. The longer I ate, the more the pizza tasted like Di Giornos. If you like cheese crust sicilian, this is the pizza for you. 👍🏼

Nice airy dough. Good quality cheese and ingredients. A nice Detroit style pizza. Had the regular marinara and the pesto.

Not my style but nice and crunchy and fluffy. App score was right on. Bonus mac and cheese ball were fire. Happy national pizza day everyone

Never had Detroit style pizza before, so I gave it a try. It’s definitely not my forte but it wasn’t horrible! A bit too greasy, and if the sauce was spread out more, it would be even better.

Really good Sicilian style pie, like the sauce on top of the cheese and was cooked well done. Only complaint was the Parmesan sprinkled on top

Very heavy, spongey cheese bread with lots of crunch and good tomato sauce on top. Not my style and doesn't hit the pizza craving for me, but your mileage may vary.

The pizza is nice and cooked through. Fluffy and the sauce is flavorful. Definitely in its own category of pizza!

Crispy edges and the dough cooked light and fluffy. The slice doesn’t fall apart at all. Fresh and mouth watering!

Fucking delicious

First time trying Detroit style. Might be my new favorite style. Awesome pizza cooked perfectly. The only thing preventing me from giving it a higher score was the sauce. It was a little too watery. Still an awesome pizza though. Cool vibes inside at the bar too. Will definitely be making this a new go to spot on my yearly visit to Baltimore.

I am from NY. I like Detroit Style. Pepperoni was great, sauce was very good, pizza was a puddle of grease, and the dough was way too heavy.

We were there the other day with my body Josh who is a pizza gourmet and he forced me to come by to try this new spot in Baltimore. Pfff it is definitely overrated... maybe i didn't like it because i am not used to eat this style pizza . Definitely not trying again!

Phenomenal pizza. On the same level as Prince St or L&B.
