First Detroit pie, so nothing to baseline. Ordered “well done” on bartenders recommendation, couldn’t imagine it being more “dough-ey” so I was happy with the crispness. Good flavor and spice with the pepperonis.

Great flop. Crispy undercarriage. Not a ton of bottom grease a little heavy on top. Great flavor and spice on the roni. Only criticism.. served a little too hot for how pink the roni was. Expected them a little crispier.
