Decent slice. Went Margherita style because the wife wanted it. Minimal flop, pretty thin and was cooked just enough to leave a nice char to it, but not burn it and fuck the whole thing up. Worth a try..

Good flavor No flop and crust is good but way to much sauce for my liken. The cheese slid off a few times and this was even after it had cooled for a little bit.
